May Culture Conversation-Ennegram Types

On Wednesday, May 30th the Hunger Free Vermont team gathered for our annual retreat to learn about and discuss each others’ Ennegram Types.  The Enneagram is most useful as a tool to understand one’s emotional outlook on life.  It is also useful as a guide to explore how other people see the world.  We were lucky to host Consultant, John Bouffard who guided us through our types and encouraged us to both embrace our strengths and have compassion for ourselves and each other in areas where we have challenges.

This is the first year we have had all 9 types represented within our organization.  I’m so pleased to have the talent, skills, and perspectives of each type as we move forward ending hunger and malnutrition in Vermont!
